Karaoke.

Opening. If you wanted to hardsub the opening, perhaps you should have made the karaoke not suck.

Typesetting.

There wasn’t a lot you guys had to typeset, but you could only manage half? Come the fuck on.

Script Quality

Karaoke.

Fucking gibberish. Not a goddamn line makes any sense.

Main Script.

Too long for the time allotted. Drop the “right now” and it will be more manageable.

For those unfamiliar with the series, yes, “Cloths” is right. The problem here is the comma. It’s unnecessary, like a changing room in an abortion clinic.

Tsuki has a bigger hard-on for ‘d than Jews do for genital mutilation. I see it in every fucking line of theirs. They screwed it up here. The line isn’t “What did you mean, why?” it’s “What do you mean, why?” If you MUST use an apostrophe, play it like “What d’ya mean, ‘why’?”

But I prefer “What do you mean, ‘why’?” It’s cleaner.

“Well, I can only assume that because of your mask.”

Tsuki did a good job here in getting the misogyny across in a catchy, friendly way.

Okay, enough Shobu. This line should be “Fight as hard as you can,”

First comma to nothing, second comma to a colon, then knife to wrists.

Timing Review

Well, whaddya know? Tsuki had a better release than the guys stuck in the late-90s era of fansubbing. Tsuki’s definitely the go-to group on Seiya.

  1. I haven’t watched this release myself, but it looks like Tsuki is using CR script since the lines in these screen shots are exactly the same with Horriblesubs release.

Your only choices: late 90’s or early 00’s.

    Either way you lose.
